Our Policy

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition with tags attached.

Custom, monogrammed, and personalized pieces are final sale. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email hello@tkkreations.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label for US orders.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
