Ready-to-ship items leave the studio within 3–5 business days. Standard US delivery arrives in 2–7 business days after that.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — international orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?+
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a custom or personalized item?+
Personalized and custom pieces are final sale because each one is made just for you.
Can I return a ready-made piece?+
Yes — ready-made items can be returned within 14 days in their original, unworn condition.
What if there's an issue with my order?+

Turnaround Times
How long do custom orders take?+
Most custom pieces take 2–4 weeks from approved proof to ship. Larger orders and events may take longer — we'll always share an honest timeline upfront.
Do you offer rush orders?+

How does a custom order work?+
Tell us your vision through the Custom Orders page. We'll respond with a quote, send a digital proof, and only begin production once you've approved every detail.
Can I provide my own design or logo?+
Yes. Send your highest-quality file (PNG, SVG, AI, or PDF) and we'll prep it for embroidery.
Do you do bulk orders for events?+
Absolutely — family reunions, weddings, church events, corporate apparel, sports teams and more. Reach out with quantities and your timeline.
Embroidery
What kind of embroidery do you offer?+
Names, monograms, custom logos, illustrative designs and full-color artwork. If you can imagine it, we'll work with you to bring it to life.
What fabrics work best?+
Sweatshirts, tees, towels, totes, hats and most woven fabrics. We'll let you know if your piece needs a special approach.
Sizing
How do your pieces fit?+
Most apparel runs true to size. We share a size guide on each product page — when in doubt, message us and we'll help you pick.
Do you carry kids sizes?+
Yes — many of our sets are available in matching adult and kids sizes.
Care Instructions
How do I care for embroidered pieces?+
Machine wash cold on gentle, inside out. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach. If ironing, iron on the reverse side only and avoid the embroidered area.
Will the embroidery hold up over time?+
Yes — our embroidery is designed to last. Following the care instructions keeps it looking new for years.

Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Yes — discounts apply at 10+ pieces. The exact rate depends on the design and product.
